Big Belly BBQ caters block parties in Nassau and Suffolk County on Long Island. Block parties can be a hassle to organize and cook for. But when you hire a professional barbecue catering company, you are left with no stress or hassle of getting the food together with added bonus of getting to enjoy your event.
SET UP
LI Barbecue Caterer Big Belly BBQ makes sure that we are located in an area that is not infringing on the space of your guests by setting up the buffet in an easily accessible area for your guests to comfortably get their food. We require two hours for set up and two full hours of cooking time. We provide all of the tents and tables for our cooking and serving area. LI BBQ Catering Company Big Belly BBQ will provide everything that we need to cook with such as the grill and fryer, so you don’t need to provide us with any equipment.
ALLERGIES & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
With Block Parties you have a wide variety of guests, friends, neighbors and family. We understand that some of your guests might have some dietary restrictions and allergies with some of the food prepared. But LI Barbecue Caterer Big Belly BBQ does not fry with peanut oil, and makes sure that during the planning of the event, any allergies are specified so we can prepare your menu to make sure all your guests can enjoy all of the food.
